RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Petit Jardin Couture handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
For all ready-made products that you should wish to return your order, please notify us within 3 days of purchase with a valid reason for return.
If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of Petit Jardin Couture.
For all custom-made designs and products that you should wish to return, NO refund will be issued, as these products were made for your particular needs.
POSTAGE AND SHIPPING INFO
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL POSTED PRODUCTS
All gowns need an approx. 3-4 weeks to make, International orders need to allow an extra 1 week for delivery.
You’ll receive an email from customer service to tell you that your order has been received. We will give you an estimated date of shipping, and if product needs to be made, we will update you on the progress of product.
Once gown is ready for shipping, we will send photos of completed product for your approval. We will then ship product and send you parcel tracking number.

AUSTRALIA POSTAGE
Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery within Australia wide may take between 2 and 14 days, depending on the delivery option.
Service is a flat fee of $40AUD to Australia wide.
Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received.
Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of petitjardincouture.com.
INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE – USA
Petit Jardin Couture will deliver all orders to the USA via DHL, via mailing box and tracking number and signature on delivery. We use the Express priority service which takes between 4-7days to most major cities in the United States of America.
Service is a flat fee of $250 AUD to anywhere within the USA.
Depending on product purchased, there is 3- 4weeks or as negotiated, to custom make the product required. If product is available in stock, it can be posted immediately.
Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of petitjardincouture.com.
INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE – WORLDWIDE
Petit Jardin Couture will deliver all orders Worldwide via DHL, via mailing box and tracking number and signature on delivery. We use the Express priority service which takes between 7-10 days to most major cities.
Service is a flat fee of $320AUD,

DIGITAL GOODS
Digital goods are delivered immediately. Please be aware there are inherent risks associated with downloading any software and digital goods. Should you have any technical problems downloading any of our goods, please contact us so we may try to assist you.
GARMENT CARE
Care Instructions
Silk is a natural fibre. Any irregularity in the weave or slubs in the finished quality
are part of the silk characteristic.
All Christening gowns and silk products are to be Dry Cleaned only.
Wipe down stain or fluid with a damp cloth.
Cool Iron Only
Please speak to your dry cleaner about re-appearing stains.
Don’t store silk products in plastic dry clean bags. This can cause damage to your product.
You may store in a specialised box or muslin bag.

At Petit Jardin Couture, we take your online security very seriously.
If you’re making an online purchase from Petit Jardin Couture and are required to provide your credit card details, this will be carried out within a secure browser window. Check that a locked padlock symbol appears at the foot or top of the browser in which you enter your details. The URL should also begin with ‘https://…’ instead of ‘http://…’
