Order cancellations – Once order is placed for your christening gowns via website there is no cancellation for change of mind. Please understand that as these gowns are customised to your needs and sizing. Please contact our customer service via email at info@petitjardincouture.com.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
petitjardincouture.com handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14days days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of petitjardincouture.com
INSURANCE
For extra peace of mind when sending an item, you can add Extra Cover by Australia Post. It provides loss or damage cover up to the specified value of your item (from $100 up to $5,000).
You can purchase Extra Cover for an additional $30.00 with each transaction.
How can I track my delivery?
* Please allow 4-6 weeks to produce, especially the beaded gowns. Allow an additional week for International orders.
You’ll receive an email from customer service to tell you that your order has been received. In the email, you will get a tracking number to track the progress of your order.
We will give you an estimated date of shipping.
Once gown is ready for shipping we will let you know your gown is shipped, and send you out the parcel tracking number.

How can I care for my product?
Silk is a natural fibre. Any irregularity in the weave or slubs in the finished quality are part of the silk characteristic.
All Christening gowns and silk products are to be Dry Cleaned only.
Wipe down stain or fluid with a damp cloth.
Cool Iron Only
Please speak to your dry cleaner about this reappearing stain.
Don’t store silk products in plastic dry clean bags. This can cause damage to your product. You may store in a specialised box or muslin bag.
